All user-entered information will be governed by your choice whether or not you desire your records to be public. If you post something as a private record for members' viewing only, we will not change that without your permission.
By entering information into the YCF Resource Registry, you agree to indemnify Young Christian Filmmakers.com and its administration, owners, and members for general email sent to your posted email address. Your email address will be masked to non-members & probation members to prevent robot spammers from picking it up.
Though offering your product or services to another member is appropriate, and indeed desirable in many circumstances, mass mailings or adding members to your marketing lists without their permission will be regarded as spam, and treated as such.
Measures have been put in place to prevent XSS attacks and other security breaches, but if you are detected trying to hack into the protected portions of this website, it will result in immmediate deactivation of your account.
Spammers will have their accounts revoked immediately. You know who you are. The administration will take prompt and complete action in deactivating accounts and disabling access, with or without warning, for any reports of spamming, obscene or indecent communication, or abusive language through this website.
Running this website costs money. I want the great majority of features to be free and to stay free, but there are expenses for hosting and domains and such. I may at sometime in the future add additional benefits to paying subscribers, such as an email address @ youngchristianfilmmakers.com and possibly more customization options for their personal pages in the YCF database. Also, I may accept advertisers or sponsors, but rest assured that they will be screened to insure their appropriate content.

To preserve security, users not personally known to me or vouched for by a current member will be placed on probation for an indefinite period, where their posts to the database and news system will be moderated, and will not be allowed to post on the forums.
Also, as the forums are a separate system, you will have to register and login separately for the forum.
